This client wanted to extend the service life of their equipment beyond their normal refurbishment cycle, so they asked us to coat one trailer unit and prove it in their world.

The trailer was already freshly painted in the clientโs own 2K system, so we tailored a protection package on top:
ย Textured Body-Liner on the highest-impact areas (rails, leading edges, front wall)
Body-liner's Flex Clear over the rest of the trailer body (yellow finished surfaces)
The results ended up even better than we expected, the clientโs already committed to more units, and now wants to do their trucks too (the trailer makes the trucks look tired in comparison).
