Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Body-Liner website (the "Service") operated by Body-Liner ("us", "we", or "our").By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Product Use and Application
Our products are specifically designed for use by trained professionals. Body-Liner assumes no responsibility for the application process, the impact of environmental factors, or the final outcome of the use of our products. Additionally, Body-Liner will not be responsible for any damage to the substrate, metal, plastic, or any applicable surface. It is the responsibility of the professional to ensure proper application and adherence to all relevant guidelines and standards.

2. Safety and Best Practices
Always follow the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and best practices for handling and applying our products. Ensure compliance with local rules and guidelines for the disposal of any product.

3. No Returns or Refunds
We do not offer returns or refunds on any stock-opened products. Additionally, we do not offer returns or refunds on mixed colors. You are responsible for shipping back any product. If the product is sealed, never opened, and still within the use-by date, we will issue a credit upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our products are provided "as is" without any warranties, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Body-Liner, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Service by any third party; and/or (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.  

6. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.  

7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of Alberta and Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Body-Liner is registered and based in Alberta, Canada.
