Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only for defective products, at our discretion. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Defective in materials or workmanship.
• Unopened and unused.
• In its original packaging.
• Within the product’s use-by date.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Opened or used products.
• Products that have been mixed or altered.
• Products not purchased directly from Body-Liner’s website.

Unauthorized Returns
Do not ship returns without authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be sent back at the sender’s expense.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
